Receiving a treatment in a confined space, from someone outside of your "bubble" has to be managed very carefully.
We have taken a number of measures to ensure your safety while in the clinic.
We have changed booking procedures to allow for more time between clients. This allows ample time for a thorough cleaning and disinfection of the clinic between clients. All common touch surfaces are sanitized, including the washroom, treatment room and reception area.
Your therapist will also wear a medical-grade disposable mask the entire time you are in the clinic. This mask is changed for each client. We ask that you bring a mask to wear as well.
The day before your appointment you will receive an e-mail questionnaire, screening you for any common COVID-19 symptoms. If you are feeling unwell we will wave our cancellation fee and re-book you at least 14 days later.
